![]() This is a Yubatake or "Hot Springs Farm". Pure hotspring water runs slowly through the wooden aquaducts, allowing sulfates to settle. The sulfates are then scooped out and dried. The resulting powder is sold to tourists like us as Yu No Hana or "Flower of Hotsprings". You wouldn't believe how excited the Nakamura family was to buy and try out Yu No Hanna in their own bath at home. |
